Affiliate disclosure

Some links on saigonapartment.vn are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to make a booking or purchase, this site may earn a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same either way — the commission comes out of the merchant’s margin, not your pocket.

Where these links appear

Affiliate links appear mainly alongside accommodation and travel content: hotel and apartment booking services, tours and activities, travel insurance, and transport bookings. Where an interactive accommodation map is embedded in a guide, that map is provided by an affiliate partner.

Plenty of links on this site are not affiliate links at all. Links to government sources, hospitals, schools, banks, embassies and official tourism information earn nothing and exist purely because they are the correct source for the information.

How it affects what gets recommended

It does not. Recommendations are made on the merits — whether something is genuinely the right answer to the question a guide is asking. Nothing is included because it pays a commission, and nothing is excluded because it does not. Where a guide says a place is overpriced or not worth the trip, that is the honest assessment regardless of whether a booking link exists for it.

If a recommendation ever stops being accurate, the guide gets updated, not the other way round.

Independence

This site does not operate, own, manage or rent out any apartment, hotel or serviced residence in Vietnam. It is a publication, not a property company or booking agent. It has no commercial relationship with any specific building, landlord or property manager in Ho Chi Minh City.
